Mildred’s aunt Mary Jane (Eames) Timoney. Following the death of Mildred’s mother, Katie (Eames) Lynch, in 1919, Katie’s sister Mary Jane raised Mildred with her own four children. She is shown here in Brooklyn, at the wedding of Helen (sister / cousin of Mildred) in 1946.
