Benjamin Duffy with his nieces Nellie (in black) and Vera Duffy (in white) outside the Bolton Mill. Benjamin was James Duffy’s youngest son. When his father died Benjamin sold his share of the farm to his brother George and moved to Toronto. He later
returned to his hometown to become the manager of the Bolton Mill, which produced flour. He worked there from 1900 until 1940.
